Alie Kirby
Co-Founder
My husband, Brian, and I met in San Diego after I had completed my service in the U.S. Navy and while he was serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. We started our life together there, and in 2006 we welcomed our first child into the world. At that time, I made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom so I could focus on raising our family. In 2013, we were blessed with our second child.
In 2022, our family made a big move from California to New Hampshire. It was a significant change, but one that has been an incredible blessing. We have truly enjoyed living here, and from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home. We believe this is exactly where God has called us to be, and we are grateful for the life He has led us to here.
Brian Kirby

Brian Kirby is the co-founder of Base Kingdom, a real estate investment company he and his wife, Alie, created with a simple mission: to help people achieve their real estate dreams, whether that means becoming homeowners, overcoming difficult property challenges, or building a lasting legacy through real estate. While Brian currently works as an HVAC/R Field Technician, his greatest passion is helping others solve real estate and financial problems by creating solutions that benefit everyone involved. A former United States Marine Corps Avionics Technician, Brian has dedicated much of his career to serving, teaching, and mentoring others, both in the military and throughout the security and HVAC industries. Brian strives to lead with wisdom, joy, and genuine compassion, building relationships founded on trust, integrity, and respect with homeowners, investors, real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, and private lenders alike. Above all, he considers his greatest accomplishment to be his family—his wife, Alie, and their two sons, Sebastian and Ezekiel—who inspire him to live out Base Kingdom’s motto: “Because Everyone Needs a Base.” Whether he’s helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions, mentoring others, grilling in the backyard, enjoying a good book, or traveling with his family, Brian remains committed to creating opportunities that strengthen families, communities, and futures.
